Article 1 (Purpose)The purpose of this Regulation is to prescribe all matters concerning the examination and publication of papers submitted to the IAPTR.

Article 2 (the submission of a thesis)
① The authors of the paper are prepared in compliance with IAPTR's paper reporting regulations, and if they contribute to IAPTR's online reporting system, IAPTR accepts them.
② IAPTR shall confirm and receive compliance with the research topics, research fields, and thesis submission regulations of the contribution papers. If the basic requirements of the paper are not met or are not within the scope of the academic conference, you may refuse to accept the paper.

Article 3 (Composition of paper examiners)
① The editorial committee of IAPTR shall appoint one editorial member who is an expert in the relevant research field of the received paper.
② The editorial members shall appoint three experts in the relevant field of the thesis as examiners and shall be in charge of the management of the examination process.
③ Editors shall be excluded from the appointment of examiners if they work for the same agency as the period of belonging to the contributor.
④ The editorial committee requests the examiners to review the paper by maintaining security without disclosing any personal information of the contributor in order to secure strictness along with the thesis review regulations.
⑤ The editorial committee shall not disclose the names and personal information of the examiners, but shall disclose the details of the examination only to the contributor.
⑥ If an editorial member or executive submits a paper, the editorial committee shall exclude it from the process of selecting the editorial members and examiners of the relevant paper.

Article 4 (a request for examination)
① In principle, a request for examination of a thesis shall be made within seven days after the initial receipt of the thesis.
② Candidates for the examination committee shall be notified of their acceptance or refusal within five days from the date of request for examination.
③ If there is no notice of acceptance of the examination by five days after the request for examination, the candidate for the examination shall be automatically eliminated.

Article 5 (a examination period)
① In principle, the period required for the examination of the thesis shall be within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request for examination by the examiner and the submission of the examination results.
② If the Examiner fails to submit his/her opinion and the results of the examination within the examination period of the thesis, he/she may cancel the request for examination and appoint a new Examiner.

Article 6 (Results of examination)
1) The reviewer should judge either Accept, Minor revision, Major revision, or Reject as a result of the thesis review. ① Accept: Accept determines that publishing is possible without modification.
② Minor revision: After the author modifies the opinions of the examiners, the examiners shall re-examine them and decide whether to accept them. Re-examination shall be made up to two times in principle.
③ Major revision: After the author modifies the evaluation opinions of the judges, the judges shall re-examine them and decide whether to accept them. Re-examination shall be made up to two times in principle.
④ Reject: Where two out of three judges submit the results of the examination as a reject, they shall be judged as a reject and the specific reasons for the judgment shall be presented to the contributor. If a revised paper or final paper is not submitted without a clear reason within four weeks of notification of Minor revision or Major revision, the decision shall be rejected after deliberation by the Editorial Committee and specific reasons for the decision shall be presented to the contributor. If there is a violation of research ethics during the examination process, it shall be judged as a reject and specific reasons for the judgment shall be presented to the contributor. 2) The contributor shall submit a revised paper within 15 days from the date on which he/she is requested to revise the results of the examination. If it is impossible to submit a revised paper within the deadline for submission due to unavoidable reasons of the contributor, the deadline for submission of the revised paper may be extended after requesting an extension of the deadline to the editorial committee.
3) The chairperson of the editorial committee may review the reporter's revised paper on the opinions of the examiners during the examination process and request a re-examination.
4) When the appointed editorial member completes examination on the relevant paper, the editorial chairperson makes a final decision on whether to accept the paper by referring to the results of the three examiners' thesis review.
5) If the submitted manuscript does not have an IRB, the editor can request an IRB. If the IRB is not submitted by the “Revision”, it will be treated as a rejection.

Article 7 (Objection)
① Where there is an objection to the results of the examination and the judgment of the examination, the contributor may submit a written objection within seven days from the date on which the examination decision is notified only once.
② The chairperson of the editorial committee shall convene and deliberate on the results of the examination and the written objection to the judgment of the examination as soon as he/she receives it.
③ Where the grounds for objection to the relevant paper are judged reasonable through a meeting of the Committee, a re-examination may be conducted.
